Sealed Enclosures
Tight, accurate bass with superior transient response. A properly sealed box gives your woofer a controlled air spring that produces flat, linear output. Ideal for sound quality builds and daily listening.
Ported Enclosures
Maximum output and extended low-frequency extension. The port is tuned to a precise frequency derived from your sub's Fs and Vas, then cross-checked against the target alignment curve. Louder, deeper bass without compromising excursion limits.
Bandpass Enclosures
A dual-chamber design that acts as its own acoustic filter — producing output only within a precise frequency band. Maximum efficiency in a specific range, ideal for competition SPL or single-note build styles.

Acoustic Engineering
We calculate the optimal internal volume and tuning frequency from the sub's Fs, Qts, and Vas. Ported builds get a port length and diameter calculation targeted to the alignment curve for your use case.

Cut, Route & Dado
Panels are cut from 3/4" MDF on a table saw for flat, true edges. Corners are dado-jointed for maximum glue surface. The baffle is CNC-routed to the sub's exact mounting cutout diameter and depth.
Assemble, Brace & Seal
Panels are glued, screwed from every direction, and braced internally with 3/4" MDF cross-bracing. Every seam is silicone-sealed inside and out. No air escapes a Precision Bass Lab box.
Finish & Ship
Wrapped or painted to your spec — black carpet standard, other finishes available. Ships ready to drop in your vehicle. Terminal cup installed. Ports measured and confirmed before it leaves the shop.

What subwoofer brands and models do you build for?
We build enclosures matched to Sundown Audio, JL Audio, Skar Audio, DD Audio, Rockford Fosgate, Kicker, and most other major car audio sub manufacturers. If you have a sub with a published T/S parameter sheet, we can build for it. Contact us with your make and model if you're unsure.
Do I need to know my sub's Thiele/Small parameters?
No. If you know your subwoofer's make and model, we can source the manufacturer's published T/S specs. If you have a custom or less-common driver, sending the spec sheet speeds things up but isn't always required.
How do you determine the right enclosure type for my sub?
We evaluate your driver's Qts value and your stated use case — daily listening, SPL output, or competition — and recommend the alignment that performs best for that combination. A sub with a Qts under 0.4 usually does well in a ported alignment; higher Qts values typically favor sealed builds. We'll walk you through it.
What finish options are available?
Black carpet wrap is our standard finish. We also offer paint-ready bare MDF, custom carpet colors, and vinyl wrap options. Specify your preference when you submit your order details.
